Beautiful hotel In excellent location for exploring Barcelona. We were upgraded on arrival to an executive suite with balcony looking into the roof top terrace/pool. The room itself was decorated beautifully and very clean, with the most incredible shower I have ever been in! Didn’t expect a shower to be one of the highlights of my trip! So powerful and spacious and hot, just what you need to feel refreshed after walking around everywhere! The bed was ok, not the most comfortable I’ve had but average, then there was a small desk/chair, nice coffee machine, mini fridge, hair dryer and usb sockets as well as the normal European plugs. we stayed 3 nights, room was cleaned daily with fresh towels and bed made, there was always someone cleaning something/somewhere around the hotel, I would say it was spotless. The rest of the hotel was beautiful, very chic! We had some nice cocktails one evening before bed for €11 each at the hotel bar, i believe they also serve food but we didn’t eat at the hotel at all so can’t comment on food/breakfast. Ideal location for the metro and basically being a 2 min walk from La Rambla! We got a 48 hour metro ticket (which included airport metro fee so we’re able to use this to get back to the airport when leaving), can’t get over how frequent/reliable the transport in Barcelona is! If you want to explore everything then defiantly get a metro card, you can buy online or get one from the ticket machines on the station. This hotel was such a great base with very friendly and professional staff, and a nice atmosphere and a touch of style that made it feel quite luxurious!

Excelent Room, excelente breakfast, but Downtown Barcelona becomes a dangerous Town, full of homeless and every where smell like a public toilette.

The staff were very nice and helpful. We came for my husband birthday - they upgraded our room and left us fruits, chocolate and a bottle of Cava. Prime location!!! In the middle between Rambla street and ‪Passeig de Gracia‬. Right on the Catalonia squire and the metro station. Very clean room

The best location. Quiet, beautiful room in a stunning building. Amazing staff. Andrea at the front desk was an absolute delight who went above and beyond. Great restaurant, too, had one of the best cappuccinos in Barcelona there. I liked the evening service when staff came around and gave us chocolate. Nice touch. I wish I had taken advantage more of the facilities, like the spa, but we simply didn't have any time. I would absolutely come and stay here again.
